Is there ways to get your EMD covered.
How can you get a house under contract and have your end buyer cover your earnest money deposit? Or is that even possible?

Sure. Have your direct purhase contract allow for the deposit to be put up within 10 days and your assignment agreement require the deposit within 5 days, so you have the funds to make the payment. .
