What are some good ways to find foreclosure homes or good homes to flip?

I'm almost done with my course but just wanting to know if it's better to flip houses with or without a license

if they want proof of 32k and dont have that in my bank account still send them a copy of my bank statement? 

Does anyone know how to get a Proof of funds document? Every time I ask the lady at my lender she says ok and never comes through and now I've missed 3 deals ... any help or advice?

I'm trying to get a property under contract, but the agent wants proof of funds.. So is this where the Money Lender Comes in with a Letter to show I have the Funds? (New to Home Investing)

@Crystal Smith Do you still work buy houses? and I was a buyer, they were selling. I'm guessing it was just that company.
