Im getting ready to close on my first deal, and i ran into a problem that im looking for some good advice. the lady said i need to be working trough a Realtor because they dont work with Wholesalers head on. So any friendly Realtor in the DFW area

I was doing some research and it metioned a " Real Estate Contract of Sale " , a " Real Estate Assignment Agreement " & a " Assignment Contract "... I've tried looking everywhere for them and have had 0 luck.. @Aaron Mazzrillo

Just now getting my feet wet in the wholesaling business and I have an opportunity to my 1st house under contract... only thing is i have no idea as to where i go to get the 3 Contracts required to get started someone please help!!!
