Hi Guys,

Wondering if anyone knows of a buy n hold commercial real estate calculator spreadsheet? I figure the expense items would be somewhat different than a SFR calculator. Thanks.

Hi,

There is a vacant parcel that's zone mobile home park in California.   The owners purchased it in the 90's where they removed all the existing mobile homes, about 16 of them, and planned on building SFRs but left the septic system.  So the septic system has been sitting there ever since.  Is there any chance the septic system could be repaired/re-conditioned at this point?

Thanks.

Hi,  I'm looking to move to San Diego from the Central Coast.   I'd like to take a part time job as a  onsite property manager.  I don't have any experience in the area other than having a real estate license.   If you were hiring for such a position, what would you like to see from an new onsite manager?

Hello,

I'd like to get the phone number of multifamily or commercial property owners.  Is there a service similar to list source that offers the option to get phone numbers?  thanks.

@Julio Solano Definitely look for a qualified agent and property manager down there.  In terms of ownership, property can be owned by foreigners via a fideicomiso.   Don't let people scare you away from Tijuana with WW3 talk.  Go see for yourself.
