Onsite Property Manager Noob
Hi, I'm looking to move to San Diego from the Central Coast. I'd like to take a part time job as a onsite property manager. I don't have any experience in the area other than having a real estate license. If you were hiring for such a position, what would you like to see from an new onsite manager?
