My partner and I are focused on acquiring 50-200 space MH/RV parks in the southwestern states, particularly in Arizona.  I am curious if there are others here on BP that are seeking the same.  Love to connect and explore synergy.

Last month we purchased our first Mobile Home Park (20 units) in Apache Junction, Arizona. We are stabilizing it right now, making repairs, and increasing rental income. We are really excited about this property.
