You should be able to forward your Google Voice number to more than one phone number, so I guess you would have to pick up before PatLive did.

That sucks.  I also went to first networking event last night, and it was great.  It was a newer monthly meet up, so it wasn't a huge turnout but got to meet some local investors, some people from BP, and everyone was super friendly and willing to help.  Maybe you can try a different one.

So, you plan on buying a SFH and renting it out each room? Different disabilities have different needs. A bling person would need different accommodations than someone in a wheelchair, than someone who has....

As far as tagging, I did it just like you would on any other social media platform by typing the at symbol and typing their name right after it with no space in between @Darcy Maiangowi

I recommend listening to the BP Podcasts.  Lots of "regular" folks killing it in real estate.  Podcast 46 with Jon Klaus talks about how he got started doing lawns and he encountered another lawn guy that owned 50 homes.

@Edd Gilbert definitely.  I'll be looking to acquire my first distressed property soon.  I'll start aggresively looking around mid to late August.  Keep me in mind if you come across something

Just starting out.  Plans are to purchase first property to rehab in the 3rd quarter this year and have completed by the end of the year.  In the meantime I figured I'd come up with a logo for us to use on business cards, signs, etc.  What do you guys think? Suggestions?

I'm a huge fan of the BP Podcast.  There are several that focus on wholesaling, and many of the other guests have also wholesaled deals.  I've learned a lot and picked up a lot of tips just by listening to them. Good luck.

I'm by no means an expert, but from what I've learned through BP and the Podcasts along with my local market research, if you can't wholesale a property it's because it is not a deal.  There has to be "meat" on it for the buyer.  I hear it repeated it over and over, if it's a DEAL, you will find a buyer.  There are several BP Podcasts with wholesalers.  I encourage you to listen to them.  They are very informative.
