Hi Jeffrey!  I enjoyed your post and part of our vision is to help our Vets through our wealth in real estate.  I'm sorry to hear about your disability.  I believe your so called weakness will be your biggest strength!   

We flip in WA and buy and hold out of state because cost vs. return here in WA is not as profitable.  

We can't help you with money right now and are looking for a money partner ourselves however if you have a deal under contract send it over to us since we have a large network of those who might be interested.

Hi there!  My partner is from Florida and has strong ties there and we are looking for money partners for flips.  

We live here in WA state however part of our strategy is flip here in WA and for every 4th one we flip take proceeds and buy and hold in other states where properties still cash flow nicely.  

We would be open to flip in FL if it was the right deal or perhaps partner in on a multi property venture for some cash flow.
