Investor looking for fix and flip deals

Saeed Corporation has been buying fix and flip properties since the mid 1980s. We are currently looking for partners across the US who have off and on-market deals with enough room for a quick renovation and profit.  SaeedCorp works a little differently than other fix and flip companies. See a sample below.

Sample Transaction:

Purchase price: $50k

Closing costs: $3k

Construction costs: $17k

ARV: $100k

Profit: $30k

Half of this profit goes to our capital partners for funding deals ($15,000).

The other half of this transaction is split evenly between Saeed Corporation and the person who brought us the deal. That's $7500 in your pocket for every transaction. The more transactions you bring with room for profit, the more you will make. This encourages the person locally (you) to keep costs low and construction times to a minimum. And if you happen to double end the sale, more power to you.
