Wanted: Memphis Properties

I'm looking for high quality deals in Memphis. Looking for SFR outside the war zones, in solid B-/C+ neighborhoods. Would prefer 3/2 brick, but am open to other styles. Minimum rent needs to be $800/month.

I have a CoC return hurdle that I'll discuss if you have potential deals.

I would be looking to purchase more than 1 property so send me what you have.
