It's definitely a buyers market in Cbus. Not too many "deals" on the MLS. Have you tried any direct mail? YellowLetters, postcards etc . I've used them in the past with some success. It's pretty hands off but can be pricey

certain pockets of Columbus you can fined decent properties in the 40-60k range that rent for 850-900 per month. There definitely a few areas to avoid in that price range as well.
