Second deal- needs roof

I'm currently in contract for a SFH in Columbus, OH 43227 and it seems that the roof needs replacing and insulation blown in the attic. Looking to have these jobs done at a reasonable price, but I don't have any experience with these kinds of repairs to know what the cost should be. What would you expect for a 1300sq ft V shaped roof? Any local recommendations for these jobs?

Assuming no damage, i.e. Requiring plywood replacement, etc; a typical shingle roof on a 1300 sq ft house will run somewhere around $2-$3 per ft in materials, and another $3-$8 in installation costs depending on what type of contractor does the work. Figure reasonable bids will come in anywhere between $7k-14k
