@Bob Malecki Willis Law firm (Dimitri Hatzifotinos) is one of the major players for evictions in Columbus. I’m sure they could help you out also

Prices are slowly creeping up

The city keeps talking about how they need to invest in the Hilltop but has not made any definite plans that I am aware of.

Westland mall is being redeveloped, that may help

I’ve sold 4 there in the last year

All the buyers were out of state

What’s up everyone... I had a full day of driving back and forth across town checking on projects and looking at properties and was able to get caught up on my Podcasts. BP put out a new one regarding How to improve your Focus ( which I definitely struggle with) by implementing different strategies, one of which is an accountability partner.

Would anyone be interested in putting together a small group to:

1) Discuss goals and more importantly actionable steps to achieve those goals by a certain deadline (30-60-90 days)

2) Hold each other accountable for those actionable steps

Nothing too time consuming or formal ( text-email, google hangout, FB group etc...) Example:committing to analyzing 1 deal /week

I’m based in Columbus Ohio but others are welcome to join.

Anyone interested?

Interesting article from the local paper here in Columbus.

The market is still super hot with no end in sight. How long can this last ?
