New guy from Central Ohio

Hello everybody!  My name is Robin and live just outside of Columbus towards the west.  I am here on the recommendation from a fellow BPer and a friend of mine.  I'm a full time firefigher/paramedic. I have very little experience with real estate investing so I've been listening to the podcasts and looking info up on the forums.  I would like to start investing with some flips and then end up changing over to rentals. My starting goal is to get enough income from the rentals so that my wife can quit/retire from her job to be home with the kids.
