@Devyn Caraballo, We have a similar interest in investing. I'm from NYC and prices are way too expensive for me to get started. My best option is to invest outside my market like PA as well. I've done some research in Reading, Scranton, and Allentown. The price points are what I'm looking for. My next decision is to decide which town I'll be investing in. I definitely, like to chat and exchange ideas.

@Barry Pekin

Where do I obtain a P&S agreement form for my state (NY) ?

@Virginia Damato Hello, I'm looking at Reading and Allentown City, PA. My price points are less than 100k. I haven't done any research in Scranton yet.

@Salvatore Lentini

I also come from an expensive market in NYC. I’ve also suffered from analysis paralysis at a hi level. I’m 55 and late in the game. I’ve researched markets out of state like PA to start. I’m looking at properties in Allentown and reading. The price points are below 100k. Are there any local meetups in those areas? I forgot to mention I’m also unemployed after 25 years of work. Will I have trouble finding funding for future properties?

@Lydia T. Hi. Can I use any generic P&S agreement or should I consult with an attorney regarding one?

@Barry Pekin lol.. ok thanks. One question I do have. Should I build a buyers list before a list of deals to offer?

@Barry Pekin thank you for your reply. Which book do you recommend? I’ve joined a few local meetups I found using the meetup app.

I’m 55 years old and recently unemployed after 25 years working. I also closed on my primary residence in late July and closed on a new primarily property in early August of las year. I’ve been reading all I can including podcast about wholesaling.

I like to obtain some real world experience doing a transaction.
