Analyzing deals have become a regular exercise for me like going to the gym. The more you do it the better you become. You see possible deals more clearly before making a decision.

I starting to analyze deals also Brandon. I've yet to make a deal but the repetition is helping me. I simply see it as an exercise in RE. Hoping to get of the ground soon and get things rolling towards my first deal.

Hi Steven,

I'm also in a similar situation. I have read 2 books on Wholesaling so far. Each book was very informative. However, it doesn't outline the proper/legal contracts to wholesale in my state. I'm new to RE investing and looking forward to attending my first REIA meeting in my area. Lets keep in touch and share information.

Congratulations to you both on reaching your goal at such a young age. Getting out of the rat race and achieving financial freedom is the ultimate goal. I'm 51 and have been stuck in the rat race for 30 years. I'm currently working on my very first deal and I'm prepared to work hard to retire in 5 years or less. Best of luck in your future RE deals.
Damon This would my first meetup. Looking to meet new folks share some information in the local market. Jay
