Looking to start real estate investing in Allentown, PA

Hello BP family! Hope all is well.

I'm from the north jersey area, which as everyone knows, is very expensive and very competitive, especially for those who are working with low funds aka me. Instead of waiting to years to save up and then get started on investing, my partner and I decided to try long distance investing. We want to try with not so long distant PA since we are in driving distance in case of anything.

We have been looking into Allentown, PA. Any thoughts, advice or recommendations about this area (or surrounding areas)? Also we are trying to build our team out there as well so any recommendations for core 4 team members would be greatly appreciated.
