@Jon Arsenault This seems to be a common occurrence with them, and any type of credit card payment.

@Thomas S. By far my favorite answer so far. Love it, I think this is a great plan.

@Jim K. Really? That’s the first time I’ve heard of someone using cash. Love it.

@Wakes Andre You should ultimately do what you believe is right for you. However, I personally tend to think it’s very “short sighted” to try and pay off your house as fast as possible, so you can “retire” earlier and with more. Try and think bigger picture, what if instead of paying down your house as soon as possible, you refinanced the loan and invested everything outside of what they are matching in your 401k, into cash flow producing real estate. Maybe even found a way to house hack your mortgage where someone ELSE pays it, and your not sinking your precious cash into it. That’s my short answer:)

What payment method do you all prefer when it comes to accepting rent? I’m looking for something easy, organized, and hopefully automated.

What is typical for insurance on my rental? Trying to figure up cash flow on a current project. This will be my first SFR New Construction. I’m sure most investors have a packaged Insurance deal on their properties, but for the first one, what should I expect to pay in Insurance costs? $200k value of home.

@Russell Brazil Spoken like a real estate (sales person) and not an investor. The whole thing about “ruining reputation” is a little much for me. If someone has an offer, let the offer be heard. It’s up for the seller to decide, not the agent.

I’m looking for an ideal multi family house plan. At least 4 units, maybe more. I wanted to see if anyone knew where I can find some ideal plans, that have been built and tested. I am a builder/investor and currently build Single Family Homes for rent. I’m looking to get into multi family and would love to hear some things that people really want in a multi family, and if you have any recommendations on good building plans, I would love to hear about them. Thanks,
