Can anyone recommend a great Multi-Family House Plan?

I’m looking for an ideal multi family house plan. At least 4 units, maybe more. I wanted to see if anyone knew where I can find some ideal plans, that have been built and tested. I am a builder/investor and currently build Single Family Homes for rent. I’m looking to get into multi family and would love to hear some things that people really want in a multi family, and if you have any recommendations on good building plans, I would love to hear about them.
