Can anyone recommend a great Multi-Family House Plan?

I’m looking for an ideal multi family house plan. At least 4 units, maybe more. I wanted to see if anyone knew where I can find some ideal plans, that have been built and tested. I am a builder/investor and currently build Single Family Homes for rent. I’m looking to get into multi family and would love to hear some things that people really want in a multi family, and if you have any recommendations on good building plans, I would love to hear about them. Thanks,

@Jess White Have you considered co-investing with a syndication group that specializes in large multi-family projects, so you can learn the ropes, ask questions and network that way? It's a great way to earn solid returns as well while not actively doing anything. If you have any questions I am more than happy to help, I have been on the MF market for many years now.
