What are you all paying for Homeowners Insurance on rentals?

What is typical for insurance on my rental? Trying to figure up cash flow on a current project. This will be my first SFR New Construction. I’m sure most investors have a packaged Insurance deal on their properties, but for the first one, what should I expect to pay in Insurance costs? $200k value of home.

@Jess White Right around $500/year for that price point house. (I’m in NE PA)
