100% financing with no guarantee that you will be funded, but the only guarantee is that you will fund them. I would be hesitant. If you have any projects you'd like to have reviewed and get some quick pricing on I'm always happy to help. Either way, I'd highly recommend that you be cautious with the above mentioned in this post.

The hardest part here isn't going to be experience for a rental loan like the DSCR loan, it's going to be the price point. Most lenders don't go below 100,000 funded (after a down payment). You're starting with a purchase price of 70,000 roughly with 20-25% down from there.

9.5% seems high. But that could be for a variety of reasons. When I price out a DSCR loan for someone the biggest hits I see get taken instantly on a rate is when the ratio falls below 1.0x

I'm always happy to see what it comes out to on my end.
