Detroit 36 Properties! DETROIT IS CASH FLOW KING! Section 8 leased.

Hello BPers,

I have a great deal for anyone interested in to entering the Detroit market and into the section 8 rental sector.

I have 36 properties all brick homes 

28 Rented

8 Vacant

MANY Section 8 and are in very good condition.

Want to get 1 or 2 percent rule deals? This is it!

BTW this is not Cali or Florida these properties will not appreciate but for sure cashflow!

Also, to avoid high turn over as an avid investor in the D, I would recommend leasing these properties to qualified section 8 candidates.

I am looking to purchase property in Detroit. Looking for a value-added deal so willing to do rehab. Of course, value-added property in good shape is also nice.
