Your current in place would be the big one here, what's the ratio look like?
when did you acquire the property? What is the use of funds for a cash out?

a bridge loan might be the best route here but it is'nt going to be 5 years.

Depends!
What are the interest rates on all of the things you're paying off verses the one loan you'd get to consolidate? What would your monthly payments be verses the combination of the separate accounts all with individual rates you're currently paying on? I have done these ones quite a bit on refinances. They were always great to see! It all depends on where you qualify.

We're commercial mortgage brokers, we have access to competitive rates. Always happy to price these out. Feel free to get in touch to discuss details.

Maybe maybe not would be the honest answer. A lot more information would be needed to see what options would be available. Happy to have a conversation.

We've been working on quite a few mixed use refinances lately. I messaged you.
