@Brooke

Many parks do not allow renters, the houses must be owner occupied.

You can sell them and carry the contract which is also very profitable. It also relieves you of all maintenance on the house.

Mobile homes on private property make profitable rentals. They cost a lot less than stick built houses for the same square footage but can bring in close to the same revenue. I own several but made most of my money flipping mobiles in parks. I’ll gladly share my business plan if you’re interested:)

@Kimberly Scott

Mobile homes in parks or on private property? I’ve done both for 20 years and the opportunity, profit margins, limited competition, and simple transactions rival any other real estate investment.

@Alex G.

In Washington state I own several mobiles on private property that are considered real estate without a permanent foundation. They are title eliminated however.

Go for it. Carry the note or even sell it. The owner will be the occupant, just the same as if it was financed by a bank. The park cannot require that every occupant own their house free and clear. Many of them are financed.

Flip mobile homes in parks. I’ve been doing it for 20 years. Made a small fortune.

I now own mobiles on their own land as rentals. Can't beat the ROI.

Just keep them fixed. Not hard or costly.

Let others criticize mobiles. They don’t know the business.

Hints? Facts? Heck no! Just do it and show them! I’d advise not worrying about what negative/pessimistic people say or think about what you’re doing - even if they’re family.

They’ll drag you down just as fast as anyone will - even if they’re family.

I flip houses. Taking a house that needs some TLC and making it a nice home for the people that buy

it is very satisfying.

It has also been very profitable. Integrity in the business and hard work then smart work is as good as it gets.

The key has been not having to do anything I didn’t really enjoy.
