Mobile Home Investor

I want to start investing in mobile homes. Can someone tell me where I should start? Also what is the best way to set up a construction team? How do you structure that financially to make a good deal? Do you have a team or look for contractors per project? If you have a team do you just pay them a set amount per mobile home or ? I’m new to this but want to see the overall big picture.

@Kimberly Scott

Mobile homes in parks or on private property? I’ve done both for 20 years and the opportunity, profit margins, limited competition, and simple transactions rival any other real estate investment.
