Bank financing for mobile homes

I'm looking at flipping a 1992 manufactured home/mobile home. My concern is that I invest time and money into rehabing house and then go to sell and it turns out to be hard for buyers to get financing for it because it is a older mobile home. I looking for advice from those who have experience with flipping mobile homes that are on private land. Thanks for the advice in advance.

I always hold the mortgage when I sell a mobile home.  That’s what most people do.  I have had people come up with as much as $12K to purchase, but most people in the mobile home market won’t have strong cash or credit.
