@Brian Blocker. Trust me on this sorry for the late reply I didn’t know you replied back to me. You won’t be able to keep a furnace or Ac unit in there learn from someone who has already been through it I inherited a rental there during the process of me obtaining it literally everything was stolen out of it. Furnace ac coil outside condenser water heater copper everything replaced it all put it on the market cane time to show it to the crackhead tenant yes I do say crackhead tenant sec 8 and came into the house everything was missing again even though I was there the day before and yes I said day because I won’t go there at night.. it’s not the tenants it’s the HOOD go to north county castle point if you want to make money walnut park is a cesspool

@Aaron Peterson. I typically try to repair them appliances can be expensive and I do appliance repair myself so to someone it may be a huge deal but to me new heating element or new stove eye repair will save you money in the long run especially around property tax time

@Shiloh Lundahl. Honestly I wouldn’t work that hard for a million I don’t have the taste or hunger for a Rolls Royce or a 7 bedroom mansion I like my house the way it is when you try to reach to far you fall even lower and then your in Trouble I just want to be comfortable and content bills paid. Vacation twice a year

@Nathan G. I’m waiting on a car accident settlement is the one I hear the most.

Then I also hear my car broke and I needed to take it to the repair shop and it cost this.

I didn’t expect my utilities to be this much blah blah.

I make them put down a good security deposit my state allows me twice the monthly rent.

@Jonathan Greene. I do OOS investing and really for my market it’s the way to go I’d be saving forever to pay for a property and I wouldn’t make any progress I go OOS and it’s so much easier and rent is higher and property is much cheaper if I get enough I might come to my market but so far OOS works for me

@Joseph Gray. So you’re just buying the land and the trailer are paying paid rent ?? If so ask the owner to finance you until you’re able to get financing.

@Jacob R. I guess I’m trying to make it as easy as possible. Good luck I hope it works out

@Jacob R. Why not just take it out and use it as you please ? I don’t understand especially if civil suits are impending why leave the money there to get sued ??

@Jacob R. Why not just take the money out the account and let your dad take the hit he is already in jail for the rest of his life what are they going to give him another life sentence for not filing taxes sounds the easiest way to me. Unless I’m not I’m understanding something

@Nathanael Rojas. It’s not in the place of a tenant it’s in place of a human being who wants to move in the winter time ? Tenants landlord nobody
