@Charles Carillo ok I’ll have to look into that. I didn’t know they’d record your number for that. Thanks!!

Hey all, I've been tying to locate owners phone numbers through both Spokeo and Intelius, both paid services. Unfortunately I'm not having much luck finding accurate numbers. Does anyone have any recommendations on paid websites that provide ACCURATE and up to date numbers?

Thanks for any and all input!

@Lauren Thomas @Tyler Rouse @Shannon Mcveigh

Hey, sorry we missed you all last night. We had a good turn out with 10 people. I think we will try and do another meetup next month, probably at the same spot. They have a pretty large outdoor area which worked well although, the private indoor area would be even better. Hopefully they open indoor dining/drinking soon and we can possibly book this.

It was awesome meeting everyone last night and hearing some of your stories. Hopefully as the group evolves we can make the meetups more and more beneficial to everyone, all while having a couple drinks of course ;)

We talked about some of our goals for next month and I think tracking this every month might be a cool way to keep each other motivated. I’ll be sure to bring a notepad next month too. If anyone else has some ideas or topics they’d like to cover at meetings I’d love to talk about it!

Looking forward to seeing everyone next month. Good luck with you goals moving forward!!

@Matt Burgess hey Matt. First off I’m jealous that your getting started at 21! I’m 28 and wish I would have had your foresight when I was 21. That being said if I could go back I would do things differently.

If you want to earn $50k a year in passive income through real estate then focus 100% on real estate from the start. Don’t put effort and time into getting a good w2 job so that you can buy real estate. Become an agent, start wholesaling, do whatever you can to make money in the industry that you want to be a part of. If you do this you will gain a ton of knowledge as well as make good money that you can put towards your investments.

You’re also young enough that you can work for cheap or become an apprentice to someone in these early years. Latch on to someone you admire and help them out. If you can do this I think that will help you tremendously!

Good luck on achieving your goals! Like you said the first step is making a plan, the next is executing!
