I list my properties on Zillow and Turbo Tenant. I use Turbo Tenant to prescreen, communicate, electronically sign leases, and collect rent. Turbo Tenant is free. I've used Apartments.com and Zillow rental manager and had issues. So I switched to Turbo Tenant.

We use Turbo Tenant. It has many great feature such as online lease signatures and split payment for multiple renters in a single unit. I've used Apartments.com and Zillow rental manager but had nothing but issues.

Use Wave accounting platform. Its free and you can kink your accounts and track income and expenses. This will help you learn the bookkeeping aspect.

Manuel Villegas I totally agree with @ Samuel Eddinger. That's the blue print I am following right now. I'm purchasing in C class and I will look to move into those B class area's.

Hi Manuel, I have properties in Meriden, New Britain, and Middletown and they are all performing well. It all about the neighborhood or even the street the property is on. Good Luck.

Joe Rios, I have rentals in Meriden, Middletown, and New Britain. All purchased in the last 2 years. 2 were purchased off the MLS and the other was from a BP member. Keep at it and don't get discouraged.

I believe the 203k loan is a FHA product. You can purchase another property right away but, not with a FHA loan product. You also have to intend to live in the property for one year if you choose FHA loan financing. So, conventional financing will be tricky if you purchase another property under one year. Good luck.
