Noobie Investor in Western MA looking for like minded individuals

Good evening! I have followed BP for a while, but I am finally in a spot where I can spend time researching and seriously getting into BRRRR and flips.

I'd like to get the ball running on my first investment property in the next 3-6 months with hard money loans. My biggest pitfall is finding contractors and lenders in this area as I recently moved from TN. Does anyone have a set of general guidelines or resources to look into more so I can be at the top of the game? Anyone here in the Western MA area?
