Thank you guys for a great broadcast. I am  new and was motivated. I have been nervous about starting and finding my way and this show has been quite motivating.

Well, I was not sure. He had a open house and and I introduced myself and stated why I was there and I am very new to this business. Not to mention I was nervous I felt somewhat humiliated by his reaction in front of the other investors. I even offered to assist in the next fixer upper in exchange for his mentorship, but it just never materialized. On a good note, I met a investor who is helping me and mentoring me. I will obtain my LLC once I can get my first deal. I excited and looking forward to this Journey. It was all partnof the Journey.

Thank you for the response Christian. I met an investor and I mentioned to him I was just starting out and was looking for a mentor and he told me he will not touch me without an LLC
