Real Estate Agent

Hi,

My name is jennie,

I am a newbie to this real estate investing business. Something I have always wanted tondo, however, financially was never able to and did not know where to start. However, I am in the learning process and have a great mentor. He asked me to find some vacant homes and bring it to him, which is what I have been working on.

I met this realtor whomnwas sending me some investment properties and inwas taught how to look up the ARV :). However, when I asked her when she had a chance if she could send us more of the criteria we were really interestes in, she said that was fine. Its been a day and I have not had any listings from her.

How do i approach an Real Estate Agent when I am technically not the investor?  I am loving what I am doing and learning the business as I go.  I have a full time night job and I dont mind putting in the effort or the time it takes.

Any one with any advise? I did pay for one of those investment courses and it put me in a hole financially. Wish I had this group earlier.

Thank you for listening.

Jennie, SC
