Hello everyone! Kary Gould from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
My wife, Kim, and I currently live in the Caribbean and we're moving back home this fall(2016). I have held a real estate broker/salesman license for over 30 years and have not done much with it but renew it every 2 years. I'm a professional charter pilot gliding into my 50's and think it's time to come home and start a business of real estate investing. I am not getting any younger. My mom did it successfully for over 30 years so I have a lovely mentor there. I do know that I have a whole lot to learn and that is why I'm here. To learn and to help others. Ask me or not tell me anything cause lord knows I'm gonna have a lot of questions too.
