Is it really that hard to follow a simple friggin' cupcake recipe and not forget the sugar?

I couldn't believe that Rodman just sat in the truck like that. That was crazy. I wonder why he even submitted himself to be on the show?

I looked up Annie Cook to see who she was, I can't find her anywhere online...guess she can't be that famous.

That was classic when dice told Trump that it was his fault that there wasn't enough good food in the hotel room. Even if he did personally hire whoever was supposed to do that, how could he be blamed for that? haha

It means that you have an option to buy the house, and sell that option to someone else if you find a buyer, and it also means that the sellers can continue to market their property. So in effect you are in a race with the sellers to see who can sell it faster.

You guys seem to both use the non-exclusive flex option. What phrase do you have in there that protects you in case both you and the seller find a buyer at the same time?

What kind of objections might a seller have to a non-exclusive option and how would you overcome it?

What do you say if they say they were thinking of listing w/ a realtor?

Ok, so I want to offer to buy from tired landlords. First off, I've heard advice to offer to least option from them. Is this the best strategy or should I simply ask if they are interested in selling and make a terms and a cash offer for them to choose? How do you do it?

Also, with regard to sandwich lease optioning strategy, I'm thinking after I sign the contract it would take me a month or so to find a lease option buyer. Is there a way that I could do this without putting up first and last months rent until I find the lease option buyer and get their money? Is there a way that I could put right into my contract that my offer is contingent on finding a buyer and work it out that way? I'm guessing it would be much harder to convince the seller to do this right?

The best deals are not "just" found on the internet nor are they "just" found by networking. They are found however they are found. There are countless ways of finding good leads. Choose the method that is most attractive to you based upon your personality type. It's more about taking action on multiple methods. It may be that one of them turns out to work much better for you and then you can focus more on that.

The main problem I see with blogs and most normal ways of internet marketing is that you are not targeting to your local area. If you are wanting sellers from just your city to be responding to you, then unless your blog is about just your city, then you'll get people from all over the country.

If you're doing seo your article needs to be about "we buy houses in yourcity, yourstate" so when people type in buy a house city/state it will pull up your article.

Generally you'll be using a form to generate a squeeze page. Talk to your hosting company to see if they provide an easy way for you to generate newsletter signup code or something like that.

Basically this question is like asking "how do you make a website" so there's no easy way of answering.
