How do I become a board member in the state of Illinois? 

What's the best way to market yourself and get your name and face out there, I used to have a bad reputation back in high school, but I'm a changed person. I'm afraid I won't succeed because people will see me for who I once was and not for who I am now. 

Is owning a trailer park a good investment, and also owning section 8 buildings for rent? 

I'm looking to find a job to make 6 figures or more in, any ideas? I need a job that brings in a good income to save it and invest it back into real estate.

What skills are preventing me from making more money in Real estate? What are the main skills I need to learn? I think the niche I enjoy is the acquisition phase, and I know nothing about rehabbing or managing.

I'm in school full time, what's the quickest way for me to make money in real estate, I need the income and want something that's like a full-time job but me working for myself only!
