What skills are preventing me from making more money in Real estate? What are the main skills I need to learn? I think the niche I enjoy is the acquisition phase, and I know nothing about rehabbing or managing.

I can tell you this. Quit posting so much on BiggerPockets. Many here are willing to help but so far you've posted 105 times. Eventually some are going to get tired of trying to help you.
