I’m looking for some 5-15 units as well - doesn’t seem like there are many in Memphis though.

It's been a while since I attended but I think it was the last Thursday of each month at 6pm. Jeremy Blevins led the meeting. You can search the "events" section of BP under "Network"

There has also been a regular one at Out of Bounds brewery in Folsom that you can look up on BP as well

I don’t know anything specific but I still have that negative connotation in my mind. I don’t own anything there though 

Those are three growing markets so probably can’t go wrong. Usually Folsom is in that discussion as well however it will probably be the most expensive of the 4

Interesting question. I wonder how much stimulus money plus into that. For us landlords sake hopefully not much!
