Berclair - 38122 Westside Neighborhoods

Hello,

Just wanted to get some feedback on the Berclair area of Memphis TN, specifically the streets running between Pope St. and N. Holmes St. I believe about 4 or 5 years ago there has been some negative feedback for this areas after reading through this forum but hoping to see if any of that perception has changed.

Looking at SFHs in the area and wanted to know how it is currently
