I have clients that buy properties up in that area also Nashville Johnson City Chattanooga and all the way over to Fayetteville. Just trying to help or assist in anyway but what would you like to know about the properties or real estate in that area?

Highly recommended. Especially if you’re buying a turnkey property or somebody’s been there longer than 24 months or 2 12 month contract. It shows stability. But at the end of the day what you really want to do is make sure that it cash flows and if it already is don’t reinvent the wheel.

Use that leverage to purchase a duplex. We’ve done it for new investors and it is put them in a situation to buy more property because they’ve leverage properly and they have equity.

Knowing what I know now I would’ve bought an investment property first actually I probably would’ve bought 2 to 5 investment properties first and stayed living in an apartment until those were able to pay for not only the leverage but pay for my personal home.
