@Zachary Wright As stated above they are different. A great book on the topic is the  16% solution. Below is information to a practice site and upcoming  Tax Liens in New Jersey. I would definitely suggest thoroughly researching this investment strategy. Good Luck.

Clean up repeat and outdated listings. Require pertinent information to be completed prior to posting on site such as square footage of property.

 @Account Closed,

there are a few Detroit FB investors groups that you can get references from. I'm in the same boat,  i'm an out of state investor and looking to change my current PM. I been interviewing some over the last few weeks and i'm heading to Detroit next week to meet with a couple. Below you will see some of the resources I used to  for leads and  to create my funnel to narrow it down. Regardless of recommendations I still believe its critical to interview them to ensure there aligned with what you need. Even when searching the  BP forums, there were some who were highly recommended PM that are no longer in business, or have major legal issues at this time.  I'll keep you posted on my meetings with the PM's. Good luck man.

@Mindy Jensen ..... I’m patiently waiting for my copy in the mail . 😊

@Craig Curelop amazing podcast and story. I love how you broke down the comfort continuum. My wife and I are in the process as we speak looking for a duplex to start our first house hack and discussed our comfort continuum in detail and also hedonic adaptation. Thanks for your story!!
