Hi Cody, would it be possible to walk through the acquisition process with you of these units your looking at in Phoenix? My goal is to learn the process step by step and perhaps this is something you might have the patience to do? I am very interested in the Phoenix market and see this as a good opportunity. I would be willing to do any due diligence, research, you name it any time of the day any day of the week to show my seriousness and also have capital I could contribute. What do you think?

I am looking to connect with multifamily lending brokers in the SLC, UT & Wasatch Front markets. I would like to work through a broker who is a lender or who is aware of appropriate lenders for my property criteria and could coach me through the process. If anyone has any recommendations, they would be well received! Wow, impressive due diligence and research. You brought up so many strong arguments, obviously the Silicon Slopes aspect, but the renter demographic and universities expanding are such strengths. What type of RE are you looking at in AF/Lehi, MF or SF?
