What mail pieces are you guys using for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th....ect mailings?

Do you guys scurb your mailing list, prior to mailing, to see if the addresses are valid?

What are you using the cash for?

I'm going to begin mailing Inheritence list, to out-of-state counties.  Therefore I want to find metrics stating which counties have the highest transactions, cash transactions, DOM.....relative to the national average. 

Where can I find this data?

Where is this condo? Have you considered converting to a vacation rental?
