I've used Old Republic on North Classen and the Edmond office of Chicago Title.  Between the two, I prefer Chicago Title.  I would also echo Rhett's statement.  People are buying all over the place here.

Online makes it easier for many tenants to pay, and easier for you. PO Box is a good idea too. I would definitely not use your personal address, though.

I'm looking for good and bad experiences with property managers in the OKC area.  I have 5 units that I want to have someone manage so that I can concentrate on my goal of gaining 10-15 units before year end.  I've heard great things about Rhett Tullis, and plan on talking to him.  What about other companies?

Great information here everyone!  I've also talked to several investors who have said they like the stability of Section 8 tenants.  Before diving into this, I would not have thought that was the case, but it makes sense.  The tenants want to keep their assistance, so they are doing what is needed.  

One of my biggest concerns was the inspections and the required time involved.  @Rhett Tullis confirmed this by saying there's no uniformity between inspectors.  Rhett, since you are on both the investor side and PM side, what is your overall take on it?  As an investor, do you shy away from these properties?
