OKC - Hallmark Property Management: Good or Bad?

Hi BP! I'm currently in the process of buying a turnkey SFH in Oklahoma City, OK where the current PM team Hallmark Property Management is in place. As part of my due diligence phase, I'm researching this PM team to make sure they accredited and backed by other investors (may be in BP).

They've been in business for 3 years according to BBB and rated B+.

Has anyone worked with Hallway Property Management here in OKC region?
