So my friend and his girlfriend are moving to Denver for his medical residency. They would like to live in one of the artsy/ cool areas like Five Points, Capital Hill, RINO, Art District on Santa Fe, LoDo, etc.

They are looking for a brick/ hardwood styled apartment with 1 bedroom and possibly a loft.

Anybody out there have a cool apartment these young professionals might like the week of June 3?

So I'm launching my RE Investing business and I really need to get some direction from a CPA/ Business entity expert. My requirement is that the CPA is already an experienced Real Estate Investor. I live in Mountain View, California (Silicon Valley). Can anyone recommend a good CPA?

Great excitement about this REIA Meeting. I will be in Milwaukee next week. Does anyone know if there is a REIA meeting in the area next week. When?Where?

Way to dive in Ted. My wife and I dove in to our first property 12 years ago and last month we paid it off. It's a 4600 sq ft triplex in Idaho and we've made every mistake in the book but look at us now- money actually coming in.

Don't be afraid to search and search and you'll find a property. Just be careful of rehab costs. You know what they say,"you make all your money when you buy and you lose it in the rehab"

What I wanted to know was if an IRA Custodian is assigned to your IRA and he buys all the properties for the IRA or if an LLC is opened within the IRA to buy properties and then you are named the manager of the LLC.

But I will get ahold of them and pose my questions.
