Hello everyone! My name is Joshua and I am new to real estate game. I am seeking to be mentored by and work with a seasoned real estate investor who specializes in wholesaling real estate. I am young man who desires to invest in real estate and would like to learn from someone who is already experienced and is willing to share their knowledge and resources. This investor must have a proven track record of success and must be willing to prove so. I am not looking for any time wasters. If this investor can successful help me close deals, I will give them 30% of my first three deals (only deals $5,000 and above). Please send me a message if you are interested.

Best way to find a mentor is to meet those people you would like to be mentored by, let them know who you are and your intentions in the business. Go out and find a deal first, bring it to them and ask for their assistance, give them 30%.

Saying you will give them 30% of something you don't have isn't going to entice most to assist you. Bring value to the table before you ask for help.

Good luck! @Joshua Hawkins
