Read the other forum posts on Credit Card Builders. I signed up with them and have had excellent results so far.

Juan Carlos,

I signed up with them and so far so good. To begin with they are A+ rated by BBB. Their angle is to open a Business Management or Advertising/Marketing LLC for you, then somehow age it to the year you actually began in your real estate business. then through that LLC they apply for Business Credit Cards and get you teaser rates. If you start out with a credit score of 720 or above you can get $50k - 250k of 0% credit cards within weeks or months. These teaser rates last 6 - 18 months.

I've had an excellent experience so far with a company called Fund and Grow.com. Through very smart and little known tactics they get you offers of 0% business credit cards for 6 - 18 months at a time from several banks which amounts to $50,000 - 250,000 of credit. The Credit is not tied to your personal credit (unless you default). If you need your personal credit cleaned up, they tackle that first. If you changed your strategy to fix and flip for these 18 months you could fund the purchase and remodel of one property at a time, transfer the balance when the introductory period ends or pay it off when the flip is sold. Be careful to be conservative and not overextend the amount of credit you're using in these perilous times.

I'm also investing in your area doing owner financing in Battle Creek. If you'd like to see what I'm doing let me know and I'll show you what I have going on in BC. Always like to see a young hardworking veteran get their business off the ground.

Heather, I heard Danny Johnson interview Tom Kroll today and I got a new respect for Wholesaling. It would be worth an hour of your time.

I agree with @Bishoy Girgis. Stick with it until you make some money. Get up and work out tomorrow morning, start reading the first 30 pages of Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill and then go accomplish something concrete and positive for your business.  Snatch victory from this temporary defeat and go on to launch yourself into your next phase of investing, but do it from a place of success.

You don't realize how close you are to your first deal. If I had to make bets I'd say it'll happen next week. That's the way it works- it's darkest just before the light!
