8 calls on 1800 mailers? Such a small response.

What did you send? Post cards?

Also, I have read that you should let them go to voicemail because if somebody is motivated or interested in all in actually selling they will leave a message vs wasting time tire kickers. Others feel differently.

Send a letter to the guy with a formal offer. I plan to make that a practice of mine. Every time you make an offer, send the letter so its official. Never know.

Wow.... incredibly well done

@Lennie Holland Ohhh dear lennie. You have me pretty nervous, as I am doing the first 1000 by hand!

@Lennie HollandLess than 1% and the only ones are asking how you got their info? So you are saying you only got 1-9 phone calls from 1000 letters?

@Account Closed

There are countless posts about how Yellow Letters work. Seems to me you dont think they do. Care to elaborate?

Also, I am not using yellow paper anymore.

I was planning on sending all 1k at once since I have a list of 2K and planned to send the other 1K in 2 weeks and then start reaching back out to the same lists in the months ahead.

I figured even on a high end of 3% I would only get 30 phone calls which I think I could probably manage. Sound right?

Listsource.

I changed my mailer quite a bit after all the feedback. Will be sending out a thousand to start on Monday or Tuesday of next week. I will let everybody know how it goes.
