Hey Guys,

So I am going to be starting my first even direct mail. I decided to take some big steps so I created my own yellow letter (was not easy) in order to save some cashola at least until the first deal hits my desk. I will then be using yellowletters.com if not just for the convenience but for everything I learned from Michael reading his posts for which I am very thankful.

I am VERY pleased with how the yellow letter came out but I wanted to upload pics here anyway and see if anybody had any suggestions to make them even better.

I am sending out 2300 mailers the first month (600 a week) and am hoping to land 2 wholesale deals. I plan to then use the proceeds from those deals to start buying, rehabbing, and holding.  Here is all the criteria Copy and pasted from listsource

$100,001-$200,000
$50,001-$100,000

I will be updating everybody as to when the mailers go out and success rates. All in all the entire campaign after all is said and done will cost me about $2300

@John Suralik  I think it would be fun to try something like this.

Dear home owner,

you have probably gotten many of yellow letters with fake handwriting on them all saying the same thing.. I know you have... Do you feel like these folks really think your that naïve to think this is some handwritten letter. and do you think that every one who writes you is sitting on a boat load of cash.. ?

Well my Name Is John and I am not trying to hood wink you I am telling it like it is because I think honesty is the best policy not some letter trying to fake you out... Now if you want to deal with those kind of people be my guest.

However if you would like to deal with someone like me who tells it like it is.. is sincere and honest then give me a call and lets discuss selling your home.. NO ONE writes you a letter out of the goodness of their heart we are all in this to make some profit ... as you can well imagine.. So there it is .. call me if you want to talk to a straight shooter.

Now I have not tried this one but I have been tempted.. My letters are very personal my secretary does them and I sign them.. and they are totally professional like a lawyer wrote them..
