Have an opportunity to take a nice 1 bd 1.5 condo off my in-laws hands in Sunny Isles. Was looking to see if anyone out there is investing here and seeing where you're having success (STR/LTR)? Location is Marbella Tower.

Looking at possible STR condo in Sunny Isle (Marbella Tower). Looking to get as much info as possible about area, building, etc. Community STR friendly? Area STR friendly? Pretty busy all year around? Other activities to do aside from beach? Would love to hear if anyone has personal experience in area and this building.

Have an opportunity to get my in-laws condo in Florida which they own outright. I just bought a home this past fall so I don't have enough just yet for a regular downpayment and traditional mortgage. Was thinking about either seller financing or lease w/ option buy. Also open to any and all other ideas. Any help is appreciated!
